甜玉米自交系作测验种研究

摘    要: 选用表现较好的9个普甜玉米(Zea mays L. saccharata Sturt)自交系作测验种,用新选育的10个普甜玉米自交系作待测系,采用NCⅡ交配设计,对待测系配合力测定中的测验种进行筛选。结果表明:甜玉米自交系可筛选出用于测定甜玉米待测系的产量及农艺性状一般配合力的测验种;株高对测验种的选择不严格,而穗重、穗长、穗粗、行粒数、千粒重、生育期及秃尖长对测验种的选择较严格。

Abstract:To select inbred lines of sweet corn (Zea mays L. saccharata Sturt) as testers by means of NCⅡ, 9 inbred lines of sweet corn as testers, 10 new inbred lines of sweet corn as tested lines, have been studied. The results indicate that GCA effect for grain yield and agronomic charactcteristics of inbred lines can be tested accurately by one selected tester. Evaluating effectiveness of 8 agronomic charactcteristics of testers, ear weight, ear length , ear diameter, kernels per row, 1 000 kernels weight, growth stages and bare tip length for testers selecting are strict except plant height.
