日光温室内膜下滴灌水肥耦合技术对番茄品质的影响

摘    要:采用二因素二次通用旋转组合设计,探讨日光温室中膜下滴灌条件下水肥耦合技术对番茄果实品质的影响.测定了番茄果实内维生素C含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、果实硬度、固酸比、硝酸盐含量等品质指标.结果表明:水、肥组合与番茄果实品质呈极显著回归关系,其影响程度为施肥量>灌水量.鉴此,提出了最优水肥组合方案:灌水定额为 2 704.5~2 805.6 m3/hm2,施肥定额为270.45~309.64 kg/hm2.

Abstract:The quadratic general rotary unitized design of two factors was used to study effect of the technique of drip irrigation under mulch and water-fertilizer coupling on tomato fruit quality,and the content of Vc,soluble protein content,fruit hardness,ratio of total soluble solids to titratable acid,content of nitrate were determined.The results showed the extremely significant regression relation between water-fertilizer coupling and tomato quality was observed.The effect order of two factors on tomato fruit q...
