高纬地区6月罕见低温阴雨成因分析

摘    要:2009年6月高纬度地区大兴安岭地区发生罕见低温阴雨灾害。从大气环流特征、东北冷涡"列车效应"、闰5月、日食的影响等多方面进行成因分析,结果表明,大气环流异常,6月西北太平洋副热带高压面积偏大,强度偏强;鄂霍次克海高压偏强,且稳定少动,4个东北冷涡重复经过大兴安岭地区,每个东北冷涡都在大兴安岭地区上空盘旋多日,产生东北冷涡"列车效应";2009年是闰5月的年份,大兴安岭地区6月易低温多雨;2009年1月发生日环食,日环食发生在上半年的,其当年和下一年,高纬大兴安岭地区6月易多雨。

Rare Low Temperature Rain Origin Analysis at High Latitude Area in June

Abstract:Our country high latitude area Daxinganling has the rare low temperature rain disaster in June,2009. From aspects of atmospheric circulation characteristic,the northeast cold whorl "train effect",intercalary in May,solar eclipse’s influence,the origin analysis were carried out. The result indicated that the atmospheric circulation is unusual,the Northwest Pacific Ocean subtropical high area is bigger,the intensity is strong in June. The Sea of Okhotsk high pressure is stronger,and stable little moves,4 Northeast cold whorls repeatedly pass through Daxinganling area,each northeast cold whorl circles in Daxinganling area sky for a long time,produces northeast cold whorl "train effect". 2009 is the intercalary May’s year,Daxinganling area in June usually has low temperature rain weather. Annular eclipse happened in January,2009. If annular eclipse occurs in first half of the year,the same year and next year,high latitude Daxinganling area in June usually has rainy day.
