| 摘 要： | 根据桶栽试验结果发现,随着土壤锌含量的增加,棉花(Gossypium hirsutum L.)根、茎、叶、棉絮的锌含量显著增加.锌在棉花体内的富集规律为:当土壤锌浓度较低时,棉花根系吸收转运锌元素至茎叶；土壤锌浓度较高时棉花根系出现锌富集,但同时棉花叶片中锌含量仍然较高；当土壤锌含量大于1 600 mg/kg时,棉花的生殖过程受到抑制.
