摘    要:采用混凝-SBR法对江阴环境工程公司提供的核糖核酸废水进行处理研究,确定了混凝阶段的混凝剂种类、最佳投加量、最佳pH值。结果表明,聚丙烯酰胺作混凝剂效果最佳,其投加量为7 mg/150 ml(原水),最佳pH值为8。分析了SBR工艺阶段的最佳曝气时间、最佳沉淀时间、最佳进水COD浓度等,并对其结果进行讨论。得出最佳曝气时间为8 h,最佳沉淀时间为2 h,最佳进水COD浓度在310mg/L左右。实验表明:混凝-SBR工艺法对核糖核酸废水有很好的处理效果,经处理后的废水出水水质较好,COD浓度为60 mg/L,达到国家一级排放标准。

Abstract:In this study,acid wastewater from the Environment Engineering Factory in Jiangyin was treated with the method of Coagulation-SBR,to comfirm the beton of the concreting period,the best quantity and the best pH.Thus,the best adding amount for it was 7 mg/150 ml in entering water,and the best pH for it was 8.And also we analyzed the best time of exposition,the best time of deposition,the best COD concentration of the water from the infall during the period of SBR method,and meanwhile,analyze the result.The study indicated that:concretion-SBR technique was good to the disposed result of this wasted water,the quanlity of the wasted water after disposed was better,the COD concentration was fitting to emission regulation.
