摘    要:设计了一种混合动力微型电动车控制器,包括蓄电池供电系统和发电机供电系统,蓄电池供电系统由电动微处理器接收电动机电流控制信号控制蓄电池对电动机供电。发电机供电系统包括发电微处理器、恒压限流电路和发电机系统。控制发电机启动。发出的交流电经恒压限流电路为电动机供电或蓄电池充电。恒压限流电路控制发电机工作在最大功率状态,从而不会因为提供功率不足致发电机拖死,避免蓄电池的透支,延长蓄电池使用寿命。

Abstract:In this paper, a hybrid micro-electric vehicle controller is designed, including battery-powered system and generator-power system. Battery-powered system supplies power for motor through microprocessor, which receives current control signal of motor and then control the battery. Generator-power system includes generation microprocessor, constant voltage and current limiting circuit and generator system, which controls generator starting, and then generates alternating current ,with which through constant voltage and current limiting circuit to power the motor and charge the battery. Constant voltage and current limiting circuit controls the generator working at maximum power state, that will not cause the generator stop by shortage power, and then avoids battery overdraft, as well as extends battery life.
