早白尖5号和南江2号在江北茶区的适应性研究

以福鼎大白茶为对照,对早白尖5号和南江2号两个茶树新品种在江北茶区信阳的区域适应性进行了研究。结果表明:早白尖5号发芽期与对照相当,为早生种;适制绿茶,品质与福鼎大白茶相当;产量与对照相当;抗寒性、抗旱性与对照相当,适宜信阳茶区及江北茶区推广。南江2号发芽期比对照稍晚,为中生偏早种;适制绿茶,品质与福鼎大白茶相近;产量比对照稍低,差异不显著;抗寒性较差,其它抗性一般,不适宜在信阳茶区及江北茶区推广。

Studies on regional suitability of Zaobaijian 5 and Nanjiang 2 in tea regions in the norch of Yangtce River

Using the popular cultivar, Fudingdabaicha, as CK, the experiments on the regional suitability of newly bred cultivars, Zaobaijian5 and Nanjiang2, were carried out in Jiangbei regions. The results showed that budding stage of Zaobaijian5 equaled the CK cultivar. This cultivar is early-sprouting varity. It is suitable for the manufacture of green tea and equal with Fudingdabaicha in quality. Its putout, resistance of cold and drought of the clones is equal with that of CK cultivars. These clones are suitable for green tea. The Nanjiang2 is later than the CK, but it is also suitable for the manufacture of green tea and equal with Fudingdabaicha in quality. Its resistance of cold is poor and lower yields than the CK. Nanjiang2 is not suitable to promote in the tea areas of Xinyang and Jiangbei.
