包头市昆都仑区园林绿地防灾避险服务半径分析

摘    要:包头市昆区园林绿地服务半径为500m时,缓冲区人口密度为47.5m2/人,服务盲区人口密度为18.7m2/人;服务半径为2000m时,缓冲区人口密度为46.9 m2/人,服务盲区面积人口密度为12.5 m2/人。昆区园林绿地以500m服务半径分析得出的服务盲区高达1/3,以2000m的服务半径分析得出的服务盲区为17%,说明服务盲区所占比例较高。昆区可作为中心防灾的公园只有植物园一处,作为固定避难的公园,只有3处,还远达不到防灾要求,今后应加大一些面积较大的公园绿地建设。

Abstract:In Kundulun District, Baotou city, when the service radius of landscape and green space is 500 m, the population density in buffering area and in the dead zone to service is 47.5 m^2/person and 18.7 m^2/person, respec- tively; when the service radius is 2000 m, the population density in buffeting area and in the dead zone to service is 46.9 m^2/person and 12. 5 m^2/person, respectively. The analysis on green space service radius at 500 m in Kundu- lun District showed the dead zone to service is as high as 1 / 3, while the analysis on the radius at 2000 m illustrated that the dead zone to service accounts for 17% , which indicated that the dead zone to service has a higher proportion. In Kundulun District, only the Botanical Garden can used as the primary park for disaster prevention, while there are only 3 parks that can be used as fixed evacuation zone, far behind the requirements . In the future, more parks and green spaces with larger area should be built.
