| 摘 要： | 采用调查问卷形式对新疆部分高校物理师范生赴新疆南疆实习支教的成效进行了调查，并应用 Excel统计检测法对调查结果进行分析，继而提出了提高高校师范生实习支教成效的一些建议和措施。
