新世纪中国茶业发展战略探讨

根据中国茶叶产业现状，分析了人世对茶业经济带来的挑战与机遇，提出进一步深化和完善茶叶产业组织制度，提高茶叶科技含量、扩大行业范围，引导茶叶消费、完善管理机制，加速茶叶流通等四个方面；指出中国茶业在人世后的突破口以及实施茶业科技先行战略的环境条件。

Approach on the Development Strategy of Chinese Tea Industry in the New Century

According to the status quo of Chinese tea industry,this paper analysed the challenges and opportunities brought to the tea industry economy for China joined WTO,proposed the four aspects:deepening and perfecting the organization system of tea industry,improving the scientific content in tea and expanding the industry scope,guiding tea consumption and perfecting management mechanisms,accelerating tea circulation,and pointed out the breach of Chinese tea industry after China joined WTO and the conditions of carrying out the first strategy of tea industry technology.
