土壤水分含量对草坪植物生理指标的影响

摘    要:采用蒸渗仪编号法在2005年5~9月对半干旱地区(呼和浩特)不同土壤水分条件下冷季型草坪植物生理指标进行初步研究。结果表明,草坪植物—草地早熟禾5种植物生理指标中对不同土壤水分含量的反应敏感度最高的是游离脯氨酸含量,其次是叶片保护酶POD活性,再次是叶片含水量,而SOD、叶绿素含量对水分变化反应相对不敏感。

Abstract:The physiological index of winterness turf-grass under controlled soil moisture was studied in semiarid area(Hohhot) by the lysimeter from May to September in 2005.The results showed that the most sensitive physiological index was free proline content to different soil moisture among 5 kinds of physiological indexes of turf-grass.The next was leaf protecting enzyme activities and POD activities.Followed was leaf water content,while SOD activities and Chlorophyll content were less sensitive to the soil moisture.
