| 摘 要： | 对猪生殖与呼吸综合征病毒新的分类地位，基因结构特点，病毒蛋白的功能、病毒在细胞的增殖过程，增殖特点、毒株变异等新进展及病毒独特的生物学行性作了综述，提出了病毒变异和毒力差异的分子基础是需要进一步研究的问题。
