智慧教育视域下职业教育国际化研究

近年来，职业教育国际化成为职业教育改革和发展的重要方向，快速发展的互联网数字技术、智慧教育理念给职业教育国际化带来了全新的变革和新的可能性。调研发现，当前职业教育国际化在实践中已经形成了丰富的经验和命题，智慧教育理念和技术与在地国际化理念具有天然的契合性。在此基础上，从明确职业教育国际化的定位和发展方向、设计构建国际化智慧职业教育平台、制定职业教育国际化的人才培养方案和知识能力清单、改进国际化职业教育的教学方式、整合校外实践资源和打造智慧职业教育教师队伍、促进管理和评测机制的智慧化出发，提出了智慧教育视域下职业教育国际化的实践方案。

Research on the Internationalization of Vocational Education in the Context of Smart Education

In recent years, the internationalization of vocational education has become an important direction for the reform and development of vocational education. The rapidly developing digital technology of the Internet and the concept of smart education have brought new changes and new possibilities to the internationalization of vocational education. Through our research, we found that rich experiences and propositions have been developed in the current practice of vocational education internationalization, and that the concept and technology of smart education has a natural fit with the concept of in-situ internationalization. On this basis, this study proposes a practical solution for the internationalization of vocational education from the perspective of smart education by defining the orientation and development direction of vocational education internationalization, designing and building an internationalized smart vocational education platform, formulating a talent training programme and knowledge and competency inventory for vocational education internationalization, improving the teaching methods of internationalized vocational education, integrating off-campus practice resources and buildinga team of smart vocational education teachers, and promoting the wisdom of management and assessment mechanisms. The project proposes a practical solution for the internationalization of vocational education in the perspective of smart education.
