摘    要:
鉴于福建青冈种子不易贮藏而导致育苗困难的现实,通过对不同环境条件下福建青冈种子萌发生理特性指标的测定,研究温度、土壤湿度和发芽基质对福建青冈种子萌发的影响。结果表明:福建青冈种子萌发率、含水率和可溶性糖含量随着储藏时间的延长均呈明显的下降趋势;4℃条件下贮藏3个月后福建青冈种子丧失萌发力;温度、土壤湿度是影响福建青冈种子萌发的主要环境因子,温度25%和土壤含水量24.24%条件下种子的萌发率最高。

Abstract:
The germination related physiological indexes of Cyclobalanopsis chungii seeds under different storage conditions were determined and the influence of temperature, soil moisture and germination substrate factors upon the germination capacity of C. chungii seeds were analyzed to study the production problem that the C. chungii seeds are generally hard to be stored and the seedlings are hard to be bred. The results showed that seed germination percentage, moisture content and soluble sugar content of C. chungii seeds dropped significantly with extension of the seed storage duration, the germination ability of C. chungii seeds would be lost after 3 months' storage under 4℃. Temperature and soil moisture were the major environmental factors affecting the seed germination of C. chungii. The seed germination rate reached the highest under conditions at 25℃in temperature and 24. 24% of soil moisture.
