发挥科技支撑引领作用促进现代农业发展

从科技支撑现代农业发展的角度,分析了当前山西省农村科技工作的重点,提出了几点思考。结合与农业、农村、农民紧密关联的科技三大计划,介绍了当前农村科技工作的思路和重点,提出应进一步加大农业科技投入,加强灾害性气候条件下粮食稳产技术的研发,加强农产品质量和安全及农业可持续发展技术的研发,加强物化技术的研发,培育易市场化的技术并引导其推广,加强特色产业技术研究及农业产业各相关环节的技术研发及产业发展预测等山西省农村科技工作的重点和核心。

Play Leading Role of science and Technology to Promote the Development of Modern Agriculture

As viewed from Sci-Tech supporting role for modem agriculture, the emphysis for current Shanxi rural Sei-Teeh was analysied and the related idea advanced. Combined with Sci-Tech ＂Three Major Plan＂ which closely linked with ＂the agriculture, the rural and the farmer＂ ideas and working focus of rural Sci-Tech was introduced and rural Sci-Tech focuses and cores were listed as bellow： to increase agricultural Sci-Tech investment; to enhance R. ＆ D. for stable food production against disaster climate; to enhance technology R. ＆ D. for agri-product quality/safety and agricultural sustainability growth; to enforce physical/chemical technology R. ＆ D., to cultivate market-easy technology and to direct its populization; to conduct R. ＆ D. of special-purposed technology and technology in each agri-industry linked cycle and the forecast for industry growth.
