| 摘 要： | 以酵母菌为实验材料，把蟾酥配成0．4mg／ml、4mg／ml、6mg／ml、8mg／ml、10mg／ml不同浓度的药液，采用圆形滤纸片法就其对酵母菌的生长是否有抑制作用进行研究。结果表明蟾酥对酵母菌的生长抑制作用不显著，效果不明显。

| Abstract: | This experiment take yeast as experiment material, compound different density of medicine , adopt the way of round paper verifying the mirobiostaic functing of bufotoxin. The results that the different density of medicine of bufctoxin have not inhibing effect. |
