摘    要:研究了棕笋中黄酮类物质的提取工艺条件.在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验设计,以芦丁为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法测定棕笋中总黄酮的含量.得出最佳提取工艺条件:重复提取2次,硼砂浓度0.5%,温度70℃,料液比1:12,提取40 min.为棕笋进一步研究和开发利用提供一定的科学依据.

Abstract:Extraction methods and determination of flavones from Trachycarpus fortunei were studied. Based on monofactorial tests,L_9(3~4)orthogonal test was designed. And the total flavones of Trachycarpus fortunei were determined by UV-spectrophotometric method, using rutin as standard sample. The results showed that the best extraction condition was as following: 0.5% (M/V) Na_2B_4O_7·10H_2O as extraction agent, the ratio of material to liquid at 1:12,40 minutes of extraction time, twice extraction, and extraction temperature at 70℃. The study provided scientific basis for further research,development and utilization of Trachycarpus fortunei.
