摘    要:根结线虫对连作的大棚黄瓜危害很大,通过黄瓜与草菇轮作及酒精溶液处理土壤,发现黄瓜草菇轮作能有效地遏制根结线虫数量的快速上升,并明显降低微生物生物量碳的含量;酒精溶液处理土壤也具同样的遏制根结线虫作用,以2%酒精溶液最佳。轮作加酒精溶液处理土壤5d后,2%、3%酒精溶液处理微生物生物量碳均高于未处理土壤,其中2%酒精溶液处理的含量最高;随着时间的推移,生物量碳含量下降。

Abstract:Root-knot nematode can bring serious harm to cucumber cropping in greenhouse. We found that cucumber-straw mushroom rotation cropping can effectively control the rapid rise of rook-knot nematode number and decrease the content of soil microbial biomass carbon(MBC)by cucumber-straw mushroom rotation cropping and soil treatment with alcohol solution. Soil treatment with alcohol solution has the same effect of controlling nematodes, with 2 % alcohol solution being the optimal. After the rotation and 5 days soil treatment with alcohol solution, the MBC content of 2 %, 3 % alcohol solution were higher than that of the untreated soil. 2 % alcohol treatment was the highest and then declines as time went by.
