高产与低产乌鸡主要生殖器官的比较形态学研究

为探明高产与低产乌鸡主要生殖器官的组织学特点差异,采用石蜡切片、HE染色方法对高产与低产泰和乌鸡主要生殖器官———卵巢及输卵管子宫部结构特点进行比较。结果表明,高产组乌鸡卵巢内生长卵泡多,卵泡外腺细胞数量少,输卵管子宫部皱襞长呈叶片状,固有膜内管状腺发达,血管、神经丰富;低产组乌鸡卵巢内初级卵泡数量较多,次级卵泡量少,卵泡外腺细胞数量较多,输卵管子宫部皱襞较短,血管少。结果还表明,高产组乌鸡主要生殖器官的组织结构与低产乌鸡的差异较大,说明高产组乌鸡的主要生殖器官发育完善,功能较强。

Comparative Morphological Study on Main Reproductive Organs between High and Low Yield Silky Fowl

The method of HE staining was used to investigate the differences of the main reproductive organs-ovary and the uterus part of the oviduct between the high and low yield silky fowl.The results are as follows: in high yield group,the number of growing follicles was more,while that of ex-follicle gland cells was less in the ovary.The folds was tall,which looked like leaf-shaped,tubular glands of lamina propria were developed,blood vessel and nerve were abundant in the uterus part of the oviduct;in the low yield group,the number of primary follicle and ex-follicle gland cells was more,while that of secondary follicle was less in the ovary.The folds were shorter and fewer blood vessels in the uterus part of the oviduct.Conclusion: there are remarkable differences in the main organs histological structural between high and low yield silky fowl,it can prove that the main reproductive organs in high yield group are developed well and the function of the main reproductive organs was better.
