| 摘 要： | 综合分析国内外ＣＡＤ应用技术现状及发展趋势，以哈尔滨市ＣＡＤ应用技术特点并实际情况出发，分析了哈尔滨市ＣＡＤ应用技术方面存在的问题，探讨以ＣＡＤ应用技术为切入点，改造传统产业，实现设计手段的技术跨越，提高企业创新能力和市场竞争力，推动企业技术进步。提出哈尔滨市ＣＡＤ应用技术推广、普及和深层次发展的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Trough synthetically analyzing the present condition and developing trends of computer aided design (CAD) at home and abroad. the existing problems in application of CAD was analyzed proceeding from the actual situation and characteristics of CAD in Harbin. Based on the CAD. reforming traditional industry. realizing technological span of designing means. raising the abilities of making innovations and market competition and promoting enterprises to make technological progress were all approached. Meanwhile. the countermeasure and proposal of the popularization. dissemination and development towards deeper grades of CAD were put forward. |
