野生大豆抗花叶病毒病生化机制的研究

摘    要:
以具有不同SMV抗性的2个野生大豆和2个栽培大豆为材料,分析其感染大豆花叶病毒株系SMV-N3后苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的动态变化,比较了野生大豆与栽培大豆抗病机制的差异.结果表明:抗病品种感染病毒后,叶片中各酶活性比对照高,感病品种比对照低;野生大豆酶活性变化比较缓...

Abstract:
Two wild soybean lines and two cultivated soybean varieties with different resistance to soybean mosaic virus were infected with SMV strain N3,and the activities of L-phenylalaninammo-nialyase(PAL),Peroxidase(POD) and Superoxide Dismutase(SOD) in leaves were assayed and the differences of resistance in two subspecies were compared.The results indicated that the activities of defense enzymes in the resistant soybean variety were higher than that of the control,and the susceptible variety was in reverse.The c...
