| 摘 要： | 城乡一体化土地管理是未来的发展趋势,建立农地流转综合管理信息系统(RLMIS)可以实现对农地流转的自动化管理、智能查询与统计分析并辅助相关主体进行决策。RLMIS系统设计与开发的关键在于农地流转管理的业务流程建模、RLMIS与地籍管理信息系统的空间数据共享、RLMIS空间数据多尺度管理与应用和RLMIS数据自动综合。在分析RLMIS系统功能的基础上,探索了系统的运作流程,并对上述关键技术进行了研究。 |

| Abstract: | The land integration management of urban and rural area will be the developing trend of land management.The construction of the Rural Land Circulation Management Information System(RLMIS) could help not only intelligently automatic management including the inquiry and analysis of the rural land circulation,but also decision-making.The key factor of RLMIS design lied in the Workflow Modelig of Rural Land circulation management,spatial data share between RLMIS and cadastral survey manual information system,spatial data multi-scale management and application,data automatic generalization of RLMIS.In this paper the above key technology was studied based on the analysis of RLMIS function and its operating procedure. |
