| 摘 要： | 报道了西方蜜蜂（Ａｐｉｓｍｅｌｌｉｆｅｒａ）的三个亚种──意大利蜂（Ａ．ｍ．ｌｉｇｕｓｔｉｃａ）、卡尼鄂拉蜂（Ａ．ｍ．ｃａｒｎｉｃａ）和喀尔巴阡蜂（Ａ．ｍ．ｃａｒｐａｔｉｃａ）成年工蜂苹果酸脱氢酶（ＭＤＨ）同工酶的基因频率、基因型频率、杂合度及纯合度。对上述结果进行的独立性检验表明，三个亚种间均存在着显著差异，这些差异正是它们遗传分化的具体反映。

| Abstract: | Experiments were carried out to analyze the allele frequency,genotype frequency,heterozygous degree and homozygous degree of the malate dehydrogenase (MDH) isozymes in three subspecies of Apis mellifera- A. m.ligustica,A.m.carnica and A.m.carpatica.Statistical analysis showed significant differences among the three subspecies indicating that there was genovariation among them. |
