摘    要:目的]通过对固态发酵康宁木霉配方的试验研究,确定以食用菌废料为主要原料培养康宁木霉的最佳配方。方法]通过配方中加入食用菌废料后对康宁木霉的长势、有效活菌数及纤维素酶活性等指标进行测定,并对结果进行分析。结果]以食用菌废料为主要原料培养康宁木霉的最佳配方为食用菌废料50%,麸皮30%,玉米面10%,豆粕1.5%,稻壳及其他8.5%。结论]该研究为杏鲍菇食用菌废料作为替代原料提供了理论依据。

Study on Culture Formula of Trichoderma koningii Using Edible Fungus Waste

Abstract:Objective] Through study on solid-state fermentation of Tdchoderma koningii, the best formula to cultivate Trichoderma koningii using edible fungus waste as the main raw materials were determined. Method] The growth, effective number of living bacteria and cellulase activity of Tnchoderma koningii were measured after adding edible fungus waste in formula, and the results were analyzed. Result] The best formula to cultivate Tnchoderma koningii using edible fungus waste as the main raw materials was edible fungus waste of 50%, wheat bran of 30%, corn flour of 10%, soybean meal of 1.5%, rice husk and others of 8.5%. Conclusion] The study provided a theoretical basis for edible fungus waste as a substitute material.
