| 摘 要： | 美国的社区学院是一种一至二年的短学制高等职业教育机构，是当今世界高等职业教育的成功典范。我国高等职业教育尚处在探索阶段，社区学院成功的办学经验值得我们学习和借鉴。主要从社区学院的人才培养目标、教学方式、师资队伍建设和专业课程设置四个方面总结分析了社区学院的办学经验，以此提出发展我国高等职业教育的新途径。
