| 摘 要： | 实现农业现代化建设，加快智能型农业机械研发和应用，走农业科技创新之路必须依赖于高等院校的农业机械化及其自动化专业创新创业型人才的培养。探讨了实现思政教育与专业教育深度融合、改革课程设置方案、构建贯穿整个教学阶段的双导师制、建立大学生科技创新平台和推动校企合作等培养模式，为探索培养农业机械化创新创业型人才提供思考和借鉴。

Training Modes of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents for Agricultural Mechanization Specialty |

| Abstract: | To achieve construction of agricultural modernization，speed up development and application of intelligent agricultural machinery，and innovate agricultural science and technology，cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents of agricultural mechanization and automation specialty in colleges and universities should be relied on.Training modes were discussed including realization of deep integration of ideological and political education and professional education，reform of curriculum，construction of double tutor system throughout the whole teaching stage，establishment of college students′ scientific and technological innovation platform，and promotion of school-enterprise cooperation.It could provide thinking and reference for exploring and cultivating on innovative and entrepreneurial talents for agricultural mechanization. |
