橡胶树无性系PR107施用乙烯气体刺激割胶后树皮结构的解剖学研究

摘    要:应用石蜡切片和光学显微镜技术研究橡胶树无性系PR107施用乙烯气体刺激割胶后的树皮组织结构。结果表明.微割新技术对树干形成层分化乳管列没有产生明显的影响.减少了树干输导功能韧皮部厚度和筛管的口径。控制乙烯气的用量,调节割胶频率是微割新技术成功的关键。

Abstract:The methods of paraffin sections and optical microscopy were used to examine the organizational structures of bark of Hevea brasiliensis clone PR107 after micro-cut tapping (Mc) with gas-stimulation. The results showed that micro-cut tapping with gas-stimulation had no obvious effect on the differentiation of latex vessel tings of the stem cambium, but the thickness of conducting secondary phloem and the caliber of sieve tube was reduced. Controlling the amount of ethylene gas and adjusting the frequency of tapping were the keys to the success of micro-cut tapping.
