| 摘 要： | 汉代悬泉壁书《四时月令五十条》是迄今所发现的最早最系统的关注人类生产生活与自然环境关系的法律文书 ,考察了该文书与《月令》的密切关系 ,探讨了《月令》在汉代的地位及其对秦汉法律的影响 ,指出《月令》不违农时和重视人与自然协调发展的思想对今天的借鉴意义
