基于SIMULINK的摩擦焊机电液比例施力系统仿真

摘    要:对40t摩擦焊机电液比例施力系统进行了数学分析,根据系统的控制原理建立了电液比例施力控制系统数学模型,同时利用SIMULINK对系统进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,该系统采用电液比例控制可以获得较好的控制效果。

Abstract:Mathematical analysis of the electro-hydraulic proportional force control system of a 40t friction welding machine is made,and a mathematical model of the electro-hydraulic proportional force control system is established in accordance with the control principle of the system.Meanwhile,the simulation analysis of the system is made,using SIMULINK.The simulation results shows that better control effect can be obtained by adopting the electro-hydraulic proportional control system.
