伞齿轮冷闭塞锻造成形过程数值仿真

摘    要:采用冷闭塞锻造技术生产汽车伞齿轮具有节材、节能、低成本、高效率的显著优点,而且齿轮机械性能好、使用寿命高。采用DEFORM软件对捷达轿车差速器伴齿轮冷闭塞锻造成形过程进行了计算机仿真。模拟工艺试验表明,冷闭塞锻造工艺与模具设计合理,数值模拟分析准确,对轿车差速器伞齿轮冷塞锻造技术的工程应用具有重要意义。

Abstract:Cold closed die forging of differential bevel gears used for a car has obvious advantages not only in saving material and energy consumption, reducing production costs and increasing productivity, but also in being an excellent mechanical property and a long life period of products. The 3 dimentional FEM code DEFORM was successfully applied to simulate the cold closed die forging process of bevel gears used in Jetta car differential. The results of practical test showed that the technical design of cold closed die forging of bevel gears was reasonable,the die cavity design was accurate and the numerical simulation is effective.
