| 摘 要： | 研究了齿瓣石斛种子培养及扩繁技术。结果表明：低盐和椰子乳及适当的激素（BA 1.0-1.5 mg/L、NAA 0.02-0.2 mg/L）组合对石斛种子萌发有促进作用;在NAA一定时,随BA的提高,原球茎的扩繁系数提高;在BA一定时,随NAA的提高,原球茎的扩繁系数降低,但诱导出的原球茎体积大,分化的苗健壮。

| Abstract: | The seed cuhure and propagation technique of Dendrobium devonianum were studied. The result showed that the combination of low salt, coconut and proper hormone （BA 1.0 - 1.5 mg/L, NAA 0. 02 - 0.20 mg/L） could promote the seed germination. When the concentration of NAA was stable, the propagation coefficient of plb increased with the improvement of BA. On the contrary, when the concentration of BA was stable, the propagation coefficient of plb decreased with the improvement of NAA. However, the volume was big and seedling was haleness. |
