| 摘 要： | 顶岗实习在高校得到广泛的认同与实行,随之而来的是顶岗实习学生图书馆权利面临极大的挑战,剥夺顶岗实习生图书馆权利的事时有发生。就此问题进行调研、分析,并从制度设计、物流、信息流角度出发提出保障顶岗实习生图书馆权利的对策。 |

| Abstract: | Working practice is widely recognized and implemented in the university,followed by the great challenges of the students’ library rights.Their library right is derived from time to time.Basing on research and analysis,the article puts forward to protecting the rights of working practice students in a view of system design,logistics,and information flow. |
