| 摘 要： | 针对城镇基；隹地价更新中土地级别范围调整问题，以抚州市为例，提出了运用数字地价模型调整土地级别。在ArcviewGIS软件支持下，根据已交易地价点的矢量数据，采用格网建模方式，选择合理的空间内插模型，以生成三维地价模型，直观地再现了土地价格格局，再内插计算出该区域内每一个单元的地价，然后根据一定的地价幅度生成土地级别图，与原有的土地级别进行土地级别范围的确定和调整，为政府调节土地市场起到一定的借鉴作用。
