| 摘 要： | 本试验对玉米单株穗重、叶绿素含量等13个农艺、生理性状进行了遗传相关性分析,并对部分性状与产量的相关进行了通径分析。分析结果表明:①百粒重、穗长、吐丝期叶绿素含量和根系抗垂直拔力与单株籽粒产量具有显著的正遗传相关;叶向值与单株籽粒产量具有显著的负遗传相关;其余性状(株高、穗位高、叶面积、穗粗、穗行数、行粒数、穗粒数)与单株籽粒产量的相关不显著;②对部分性状与单株籽粒产量的遗传相关的通径分析表明,百粒重和穗长与产量的相关主要是由自身的直接效应造成的,而株高,穗位高、叶绿素含量、叶向值和穗粗与产量的遗传相关主要是由间接效应造成的;穗行数、行粒数和穗粒数与产量的遗传相关是直接效应和间接效应综合作用的结果。

| Abstract: | Genetic of relations among 13 characters of corn (Zea mays.L)were studied. These characters included plant height, ear height, leaforientation value, chlorophyll content, leaf area, ear length, cardiameter, kernel row number per ear, kernel number per row, 100kernel weight, kernel number/ear and kernel weight/ear, and verticalroot pulling resistance. The results showed that there were significantpositive correlations between yield and 100 kernel weight, chlorophyllcontent at silking stage, ear length and vertical root pulling resistance.However, a significant negative correlation between yeild andorientation value was shown in this experiment. The correlationsbetween yeild and plant height, ear height, leaf area, ear diameter,numbers of kernel row correlations among the 13 characters were alsodiscussed. |
