| 摘 要： | 试验系统地研究了新红星苹果果实采后复阻抗(Z)、并联等效电阻(Rp)、并联等效电容(Cp)、并联等效电感(Lp)、电导(G)5个电学指标和硬度、可溶性固性物、有效酸含量和乙烯释放速率4个品质指标之间的关系,筛选出了能够用于新红星苹果无损检测的特征频率和敏感电参数。结果表明:39.8 kHz可作为新红星苹果果实采后品质无损检测的特征频率,Z、Rp和Cp可作为标志新红星苹果果实成熟衰老过程中品质指标变化的敏感电参数。
