黄河中游治沟骨干工程拦泥能力浅析

摘    要:<正> 黄河中游地区目前已建成淤地坝近10万座,淤地面积27万hm~2,为发展当地农业生产和减少入黄泥沙发挥了巨大作用,但普遍存在布局不合理、设计标准低、工程老化等问题。治沟骨干工程是在总结过去淤地坝建设经验教训的基础上提出的,它作为黄河中游水土流失严重地区(年侵蚀模数在5000t/km~2以上)一项重要水土保持沟道工程措施,国家计委和水利部从1986年开始,在黄河中游多沙粗沙区安排了治沟骨干工程建设试点。经实践证明,治沟骨干

Analysis of Sediment Retaining Ability of Key Projects for Gully Control in the Middle Yellow River Basin
Abstract:It has been put forward in the planning of soil conservation in the Loess Plateau that: 2000 key projects for gully control will be built in 6758 gullies in an area of 156000 km2 which subjects to severe soil loss in the forth coming sixty years. According to the planning of five typical small watersheds in Chabagou Gully etc. and the planning of key projects for gully control in tributories of the Yellow Rivet which was worked out respectively by the Department of Soil and Water Conservation of YRCC and other two agencies, controlled areas of the key projects for gully control in 6758 gullies are 75600 km~2 and 43100 km~2 respectively, the rates of area put under control are 48. 5% and 27. 6% respectively. If lifespan of the key projects to be silted up for gully control were assumed to be twenty years, and fifty per cent of the projects built in former forty years were heightened and playing their retaining roles together with the projects built in later twenty years, the average annual sediment would be 250-430 million tons by the end of sixty years.
