科技进步的原理与农业科技进步贡献率

摘    要:
农业科技进步贡献率一词在国内农业科技管理活动中应用比较广泛,但从纯科技的角度认识这个概念会产生严重的误解,不切实际地使用这个词也会产生严重的偏差。文章系统阐述了科技进步的基本概念、影响因素和测定方法的发展,分析了农业科技进步的作用、模式及其机制,介绍了测定农业科技进步的基本方法。在此基础上,提出要正确理解和应用农业科技进步贡献率。

Abstract:
The contribution rate of scientific and technological progress in agriculture is used widely in the domestic agricuhural science and technology management activities, but from the perspective of pure science and technology understanding of the concept will have a serious misunderstanding, and unrealistic using of the word also have a serious deviation. The concept of scientific and technological progress, its affecting factors and the development of its measurement methods were introduced in the paper. The role, models and mechanism of agricultural scientific and technological progress were analyzed. The methods of assessing agricultural scientific and technological progress were also introduced. Finally, the concept of agricultural scientific and technological progress contribution rate should be properly understood and applied was suggested.
