摘    要:农机技能培训是农业机械化事业的重要组成部分,为提升用户农机技能培训的便捷性,应用嵌入式、流媒体、内容分发网络和软件工程开发技术,设计基于嵌入式RK3128的硬件终端设备,在软件方面实现农机技能培训课程点播、教学直播、资源推荐、大数据分析等功能。试验结果表明,终端设备可实现1 080 P流媒体流畅播放,云端单台服务器在500用户并发试验条件下,访问终端设备主页平均响应时间为2 507 ms,并发访问二级页面平均响应时间为1 431 ms,节约网络带宽76.9%,可有效满足用户在线和离线学习需求。系统在北京市及河北省张家口市涉农地区开展推广应用,数据调研显示应用满意度达到90%以上。系统为农机技能培训提供便捷的手段,为实现农机用户技能提升、农业高效安全生产和农业可持续发展提供重要支撑。

Design of intelligent agricultural machinery skill training system based on embedded technology
Abstract:Agricultural machinery skill training was an important part of agricultural mechanization. In order to improve the convenience of farmers agricultural machinery skill training, the paper applied embedded, streaming media, content distribution network and software engineering development technology, developed the intelligent agricultural machinery skill training system. In terms of hardware, the terminal equipment was designed based on embedded RK3128. In terms of software, system realized the functions of agricultural machinery training course on demand, teaching live broadcast, resource recommendation, and big data analysis and so on. The application results showed that the terminal device could realize smooth play of 1 080 P streaming media. The average response time of 500 users of a single server accessing the home page concurrently was 2 507 ms, and the average response time of concurrent accessing the secondary page was 1 431 ms. Streaming media strategy could save 76.9% of network bandwidth. The system could effectively meet the online and offline learning needs of users and provided convenient and fast learning methods for users to carry out agricultural machinery skill training. The system had been popularized and applied in agriculture related areas of Beijing and Zhangjiakou, Hebei Province. The data survey showed that the application satisfaction had reached more than 90%, which was affirmed by users. The system provided a convenient means for agricultural machinery skills training, and provided important support for the improvement of agricultural machinery users skills, the efficient of agricultural production and the sustainable development of agriculture.
