试论档案价值鉴定工作的几个"误区"

On the Few Misleading Regions in Archive Value Appraisal

Because of the longstanding lag in archives appraisal theory and notion in our country,there are some misunderstandings in people's thought.Firstly,many people hold a unilateral comprehension on "Abundant Collection" and indifferent attitude to the benefit.Secondly,the appraisal to the value of the permanent,long-term archives is neglected.Thirdly,the importance of the archives value appraisal is decided by the amount of archives.Fourthly,it is difficult to appraise,and even more difficult to destroy archives.In this article,the writer probes into the causes of the misunderstandings and negative effect of it.At last,the writer propounds the right notion and the object we should work hard for.
