土壤益生菌对盆栽马尾松苗生长的影响

摘    要:将固氮菌、解磷菌、解钾菌按不同组合接种到盆栽的马尾松幼苗根部,结果表明:2号固氮菌 解磷菌组合处理的苗木高生长比对照增长11.6%;2号固氮菌处理的苗木地径生长比对照增长23.3%;两种固氮菌 解磷菌 解钾菌组合处理的苗木生物量分别比对照增长45.5%和48.8%。而土壤中的N、P、K元素的含量也发生了明显的变化,1号固氮菌则使土壤含氮量增加54.2%,其它处理均使土壤含氮量减少。可溶性磷增加20.0%~50.0%,可溶性钾增加144.4%~277.8%。

Abstract:The nitrogen-fixing bacteria,the phosphate-solubilizing bacteria,and the potassium-solubilizing bacteria under different combinations were inoculated at Masson pine seedling roots.The results showed that the height growth of seedlings treated with the 2nd combination of the nitrogen-fixing bacteria and the phosphate-solubilizing bacteria increased by 11.6% as compared with the control;The ground diameter growth of seedlings treated with the 2nd nitrogen-fixing bacteria inceased by 23.3%;The biomass of seedlings treated with two combinations the nitrogen-fixing bacteria,the phosphate-solubilizing bacteria,and the potassium-solubilizing bacteria increased by 45.5% and 48.8% respectively as compared with the control.And the content the N,P and K elements in the soil also underwent significant changes.The 1st nitrogen-fixing bacteria made the nitrogen content in the soil increase by 54.2%,and the other treatments all made the nitrogen content in the soil decrease.Besides,the dissolvable phosphorus increased by 20.0% to 50.0%,and the dissolvable potassium increased by 144.4% to 277.8%.
