白肋烟不同叶位叶片的化学成分变化规律

摘    要:在相同栽培条件下,对鄂烟1号不同叶位叶片的化学成分含量的变化规律进行研究,结果表明:(1)不同叶位叶片的无机非金属元素中,Cl和P随着叶位的变化,其含量变化波动较小,其中Cl的变化最小,且这两种元素的含量变化与叶位不存在相关性。(2)不同叶位叶片的无机金属元素中,Zn的变化程度最大,K、Mn、Ca以及Mg的含量变化均较小。在无机金属元素中,Zn与叶位呈显著相关性,K、Mn、Ca以及Mg与叶位均呈极显著相关。(3)不同叶位叶片的有机成分含量中,烟碱的含量变化最大,总N和总糖的含量变化程度小。烟碱与叶位呈极显著相关性,总N和总糖则与叶位不存在相关性。

Abstract:In this study, we measured the chemical composition of leaf blades in different leaf-position of Eyan No.1 which were cultured in the same condition. The results indicated that Cl and P didn't vary a lot for the different leaf-po-sition among the non-metallic elements, and Cl changed the less. It is supposed that these two elements were uncorrelat-ed with the leaf position. Zn was the most variational metallic elements in different leaf-position,K, Mn, Ca, and Mg re-mained stable. Most metallic elements showed extremely significant correlation with leaf-position besides Zn which was just significant correlated. In addition, nicotine was the most changeful organic constituent, and had extremely significant correlation with leaf-position. The total content of nitrogen and glucose changed unnoticeable and uncorrelated with the leaf-position.
