摘    要:运用流场计算商用软件Fluent6.1,模拟了伴有盐析的液固两相流状态下离心泵叶轮内部的三维湍流场,采用流场测试仪器PIV对叶轮内部流场进行了测量,通过编写图像处理软件结合Insight5.0软件对所测流场进行后处理,分别得出液相和固相的速度场。同时,分析数值计算与实验测量结果,得到了离心泵泵叶轮内部两相流动的一些规律,为防止叶轮内部结盐提供了部分理论依据。

Abstract:The computational fluid dynamics software package Fluent 6.1 was adopted to simulate the liquid-solid two-phase three-dimensional turbulent flow with salt's separation and accumulation inside the centrifugal pump. The PIV (particle image velocimetry) was applied to measure the inner flow field of a centrifugal pump. The liquid and solid velocity field was obtained respectively by processing the experimental data with a developed image processing software and the commercial software Insight 5.0. Through analyzing the numerical calculation and measurement results, some characteristics of the two-phase flow in the centrifugal pump were obtained and some guiding advices were presented to prevent salt's separation and accumulation in pump impeller.
