颗粒物料精量分装机设计与分析

摘    要:颗粒物料精量分装机械正向“无人化”方向发展。设计的油菜籽精量分装机以传动角最大为目标,利用MATLAB软件对曲柄滑块机构进行了优化设计,得出曲柄的长度为46.4mm,连杆的长度为148.6mm,并依据该设计参数制造了样机,按转速为1rad/s进行种子分装试验,量筒半径为20mm的情况下,作了10次实验,对每次取得的种子质量进行测量得平均值为99.84g。

Abstract:The article introduced the structure and work principle of the rapeseed precision measure and separate load machine, and according to maximize transmission angle principle ,using MATLAB software optimize design the brace slide block machine, gained the length of brace is 46.4 mm,pole is 148.6 mm,and manufactured the prototype model on the condition of the rotate velocity is 1rad/s and the radius of the graduated flask is 20 mm,we tested 10 times and measure the weight of the seed every time ,awarded the average weight of the seed is 99.84 g.
