美凤蝶滞育期间水溶性蛋白的初步研究

摘    要: 为深入了解美凤蝶滞育机理,利用毛细管区带电泳对滞育期间蛋白质特征进行了研究。电泳结果显示,滞育期间蛋白质吸收峰在25~42个之间, 3月中旬最少为25个,12月下旬最多为42,其余时期相近,在28~34个之间;同时,滞育期间蛋白质峰面积和迁移时间上存在差异。结果表明,滞育期间进行着一定程度的蛋白质代谢,其种类、数量和含量发生了变化,但除12月下旬变化较大外,其余时期相对稳定。

Abstract:In order to understand the diapause rule of Papilio memnon, the water solubility protein was analyzed with capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE). The results showed that there were 25 to 42 electropherograms absorbtion peaks during the whole stage of diapause. The most peaks emerged in the last ten days of December and the least peaks emerged in the middle ten days of March. There was a little differences among other durations,varying from 28 to 34. At the same time, the area and the migration time of electropherograms absorbtion peaks were different during the whole diapause. These showed there were some protein metabolisms during the diapause, and the protein kinds, numbers and contents vary in some degree. Except the last ten days of December, other durations had comparatively stable protein metabolism.
