摘    要:通过田间试验,研究了常规种植、秸秆覆盖和种草覆盖三种有机替代模式对安吉白茶产量品质及土壤环境及肥力的影响。结果表明,秸秆覆盖和种植鼠茅草模式均能提高安吉白茶产量和品质,产量分别提高4.22%和5.82%,酚氨比分别下降0.12和0.04,土壤有机质含量分别提高3.79 g/kg和12.94 g/kg。种植鼠茅草还会增加土壤微生物多样性,提高微生物活性,两种模式均能有效抑制茶园杂草的生长,减少农药使用,待腐烂降解后可进一步增加土壤有机质的含量,提升土壤肥力,是当前茶园值得推广的模式。

Abstract:The effects of three organic alternative modes on soil environment and fertility and quality of Anji white tea were investigated.The three models included conventional planting,straw mulching and grass mulching.The results showed that straw mulching and sage grass planting and mulching could improve the yield and quality of Anji white tea,with tea yield increasing by 4.22%and 5.82%,and the ratio of polyphenols to amino acids decreasing by 0.12 and 0.04,respectively.The content of soil organic matter increased by 3.79 g/kg and 12.94 g/kg,respectively.Planting sage grass increased soil microbial diversity and improved the activity of microorganisms.Both straw mulching and sage grass planting and mulching modes could effectively inhibit the growth of weeds in tea garden,resulting in reduction of herbicides.The soil fertility was therefore improved by increasing the content of soil organic matter after the grass and straw decomposing.
