摘    要:绿色食品是指产地生态环境优良,严格按照生产技术规范,全程进行质量管控,产品质量安全、品质保证,并使用绿色标志生产的食用农产品及加工品。茶叶作为一种健康饮品,获得绿色食品认证是提升茶叶品质和市场竞争力的一种有效途径。为此本文从《绿色食品产地环境》和《绿色食品茶叶生产技术规程》等标准解析土肥管理、病虫害防治、茶树修剪、鲜叶采摘、等方面对茶园生产管理规范要求,为我国茶叶绿色食品认证提供参考。

Abstract:Green food refers to edible agricultural products and processed products which are produced in an excellent ecological environment and are produced in accordance with the prescribed technical specifications,implement full quality control.They are safe and high quality,with use special signs.As a healthy drink,tea is can be certified with green food so as to improve quality and market competitiveness.To this end,this paper describes the requirements and standards of"green food production environment","green food tea production technical regulations"and other related aspects including soil and fertilizer management,pest control,tea tree pruning,fresh leaf picking.
