| 摘 要： | 中国农村合作金融的两种主要形式农村信用社和农村合作基金会的创办、发展都是由政府推动的，实践证明，这些带着浓厚“官办”色彩的农村合作金融组织都未能办成成功的合作金融。因此，分析中国农村合作金融的发展历程对于合作金融组织改革乃至多层次农村金融体系构建鄯具有极其重要的理论和实践意义。

| Abstract: | There are two main forms of China＇s rural cooperative finance： rural credit Union and rural cooperative foundation.Both of those organizations ＇creation and development are drived by government.It has been improved that those rural cooperative financial organizations with a strong ＂official＂ color have failed to make successful example. As a result,it has theoretical and practical significance to analysis the history of our country＇s rural cooperative financial evolution.The study is good for understanding the reform of China＇s cooperation financial organizations and the development of multi-layered construction of the rural finance system. |
