鄱阳湖区藻类丰度分布及其与环境因子的关联分析

摘    要:于2012年10月至2013年7月在江西省鄱阳湖4个采样点进行了采样,并对表层水体中藻类丰度与环境因子之间的关系进行研究。结果表明,藻类丰度随季节变化差异显著(P0.05),夏季最高[(2.58±1.85)×10~6CFU/L],冬季最低[(4.3±3.2)×10~5 CFU/L],水体理化因子也随季节和采样点的不同而有很大的变化。通过相关分析和GAM分析表明,鄱阳湖藻类丰度与水温和叶绿素a呈极显著的正相关(P0.01),与氨氮、总磷呈极显著负相关(P0.01)。从总体情况看,鄱阳湖水体藻类丰度呈上升趋势,水质正在逐步恶化,需要加以关注。

Abstract:Surface water samples from 4 sites of Poyang Lake in Jiangxi Province were collected from October 2012 to July 2013.Environmental variables of each sampling site were measured using standard methods,and the relationship between phytoplankton abundance and environmental parameters was explored.The results showed that the phytoplankton abundance varied significantly with season(P<O.05),with the highest value being recorded in summer [(2.58-1.85)×106 CFU/L] and the lowest in winter[(4.3±3.2)×105CFU/L].The results of correlation analysis and GAM showed that phytoplankton abundance was positive correlation with temperature and chlorophyll a(Chl-a) significantly (P<0.O1),and was negative correlation with total phosphorus and amino nitrogen significantly (P<0.01).Overall,phytoplankton abundance in Poyang Lake was on the rise,and water quality was gradually worsening in recent years,which should be paid attention.
