| 摘 要： | 针对中国西部农村供水系统自动化程度低、设备运行稳定性差、供水质量低的问题,设计了一套以三菱FX2N型PLC为核心的2台水泵供水控制系统,具有手动、自动、备用自投功能,经过模拟测试和投入运行后观察运行结果。该控制系统稳定性高、控制准确、性能优良,能有效提高农村供水质量,达到了设计要求。

| Abstract: | To solve the problem of low automation degree of water supply system, poor stability of equipment operation and low quality of water supply in Western China rural,designed two pump control system which put the Mitsubishi FX2N PLC as the core and has the functions of automatic, manual and backup. Experimental tests and operation show that the control sys-tem has high reliability, accurate control, good performance, and it can effectively improve the quality of rural water supply, meets the requirements of design. |
