摘    要:利用Illumina公司Mi Seq技术,检测3种太岁样品细菌群落的差异性,分析太岁样品的细菌多样性和群落结构,揭示细菌在太岁构成中的作用和在不同太岁间的内在联系。结果表明,3种太岁样品的高通量测序分析共得到有效序列64 114条,归为4 033个OTU,属于35个门、61个纲、89个目、201个科及625个属,还有一些未有明确的分类学信息。变形菌门和厚壁菌门为优势门,在2、8、9号太岁样品中所占比例分别是63.95%、79.65%、76.82%。2、8、9号太岁中的最优势属及所占比例分别为Edaphobacter(23.84%)、梭菌属(12.94%)、芽孢杆菌属(17.60%)。3种太岁样品各自的优势属不尽相同,没有共有且占比均大的属。3种太岁样品的细菌群落的多样性丰富,且三者的细菌组成差异较大,不能建立起明显的内在联系。

Abstract:By Miseq technology of Illumina company, the bacterial community structure from three samples were studied. The bacterial diversity and community structure were analysised in order to identify the role of bacteria in composition of Taisui and internal relations between different Taisui. 64114 non-redundant sequences were obtained which were classified into 4033 OTUs. These OTUs were belonged to 35 phyla, 61 classes, 89 orders, 201 families, 625 genera, and some unclassi-fication groups. In the sample numbered 2, 8, 9, the dominant phyla were Proteobacteria and Firmicutes, respectively the proportions of two phyla were 63.95℅, 79.65℅, 76.82℅. The most dominant genus in the sample numbered 2, 8, 9 was Edaphobacter (23.84℅), Clostridium (12.94℅) and Bacillus (17.60℅) respectively. The dominant genera were different from each other and there was no common preponderant genus. High bacterial diversities were found in all samples, also great dif-ferences existed between them, and there were no clear internal relations to be established between different samples.
